When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, email address, delivery address (if you choose delivery), the items you ordered, and any notes you leave. If you pay online, payment is handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We never see or store your card number.
How we use it
We use your information only to fill and confirm your order, arrange pickup or delivery, and answer your questions. We may send you an order confirmation and updates about your specific order.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We share only what's needed with the services that help us run the business: a database and email provider for order records, a payment processor if you pay online, and a phone or SMS provider for confirmations.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed to run the business and meet legal or tax requirements. You can ask us to delete your personal information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask what we have on file, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email orders@myperfectpie.com and we'll take care of it.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies needed to keep it working (for example, to keep you signed in if you have an account). We don't use advertising trackers.
