FAQ

Good questions, honest answers

How do I place an order?+

Head to the order page, pick your pies, choose a date at least 48 hours out, and tell us whether you'd like pickup or local delivery. We'll confirm by text or email.

How far ahead do I need to order?+

At least 48 hours. Every pie is baked to order in Linda's home kitchen, so a little notice makes a big difference. Holiday weeks (Thanksgiving, Christmas) fill up early, so order as soon as you can.

Do you offer pickup or delivery?+

Both. Pickup is available by appointment. Local delivery is available in the Georgia metro area. If you're outside that area, text Linda and she'll do her best to figure something out.

How do I pay?+

If online payments are set up, you'll be sent to a secure checkout after placing your order. If not, Linda will confirm your order and you can pay on pickup or delivery.

What about allergies?+

Everything is made in a home kitchen that regularly handles wheat, dairy, and eggs. If you have a serious allergy, please text or email Linda before ordering so she can be honest about whether she can safely bake your pie.

Are pies refrigerated? How should I store them?+

Yes. Sweet potato pies and cheesecakes should be kept in the fridge. Bring them to room temperature (or warm slightly) before serving for the best flavor.

How long do pies stay fresh?+

Best within 3 to 4 days in the fridge. Pies also freeze well. Wrap tightly and thaw in the fridge overnight before serving.

Can I cancel or change my order?+

If you need to change or cancel, please contact Linda as soon as possible. Because every pie is baked to order, we can't always refund an order that's already in the oven, but we'll always try to work something out.

Do you take large orders for events?+

Yes, for church dinners, weddings, offices, and family reunions. Please text or email as far ahead as you can so Linda can plan.

Still curious? Contact Linda and she'll help.
